It's okay to say real things.
Maybe this applies to all of us.

Some will seek forgivness, others escape
I could not fathom what I heard.
A deluge of passersby
I saw one gaze frozen in time
Watching me passing by
I swear I'll know your face in the crowd
And I'll hear your voice so loud
When you're whispering
Hey unfaithful I will teach you
To be stronger
Hey ungraceful I will teach you
To forgive one another
Here's my kiss to betray
Desperate to brush the lips of grace
Do you feel hollow when you think of how I lied?
Oh sweet angel of mercy
With your grace like the morning
Wrap your loving arms around me
Oh sweet angel of mercy
With your grace like the morning
Wrap your loving arms around me
Hey unfaithful I will teach you
To be stronger
Hey ungraceful I will teach you
To forgive one another
Hey unfaithful I will teach you
To be stronger
Hey unloving
I will love you
And will love you
Jesus I'm ready to come home
I'm ready to come
Jesus I'm ready to come home
Unfaithful
Ungraceful
And unloving
I will love you

Lost in the sound of seperation
Underoath - Too Bright To See Too Loud To Hear
If Your work leaves our hands
Then we will be wanderers and vagabonds
They will stare and see how empty we are
Now the freedom we had turned us up as dead men
Let us be cold, make us weak
Let us because we all have ears
Let us because we all have eyes
Good God,
How they knew that this would happen (we're so run down)
Good God, can You still get us home...
How can we still get home
I'm not dreaming
We're forgetting our forgiveness.

Just one
How close to home must a crisis hit before it really hurts? Or do we just have to be hit by a whole slew of crises before we even flinch?
If we take a step and look at the big picture, we probably haven't seen a worse time for all these tragedies to be unfolding- and simultaneously too.
It seems like the perfect storm.
If we try, we may even catch a glimpse of it as it passes.

Pulling all your threads
If it's a broken part, replace it.
If it's a broken arm, brace it.
If it's a broken heart, face it.
Hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way.

My sundown
The climate is changing,
So are human beings.
Are we feeling the effects of it?
I really do not know.
With one hand high
You'll show them your progress
You'll take your time
But no one cares
No one cares
No one cares
I need you to show me the way from crazy
I wanna be so much more than this.

You got something?
In 1865, Colonel Sanders sat down on the porch of his house rocking in a rocking chair, and received his first Social Security Check. And thought: "This is horrible, am I gonna sit here for the rest of my life waiting for a Social Security Check?"
So he wrote down all the list of things he had in his life, and there were 65 in total. One of those things was his mother's fried chicken recipe. With 11 herbs and spices, a secret in a family tradition, he took a whole lot of it, and went down to a local restaurant. And asked the owner, "You mind if I just cook this chicken and put it on your menu and see if people like it?" The owner replied, "Sure, go ahead." Sanders said, "Okay, I'll do it for free." He did it, and it was a hit, such a hit, that it started a worldwide phenomenon called, "KFC".
Now there's millions of people, a whole lot fatter, a whole lot of chickens, a whole lot better. Because of that recipe.
Just what have you got?

I belong to Stretford End
Sometimes, I wished I was a kid back then,
playing football around like nobody's business.
So that I don't have to put up with all this shit.
Oh well...

Times
I hear You say,
"My love is over. It's underneath.
It's inside. It's in between.
The times you doubt Me, when you can't feel.
The times that you question, 'Is this for real?'
The times you're broken.
The times that you mend.
The times that you hate Me, and the times that you bend.
Well, My love is over, it's underneath.
It's inside, it's in between.
These times you're healing, and when your heart breaks.
The times that you feel like you're falling from grace.
The times you're hurting.
The times that you heal.
The times you go hungry, and are tempted to steal.
The times of confusion, in chaos and pain.
I'm there in your sorrow, under the weight of your shame.
I'm there through your heartache.
I'm there in the storm.
My love I will keep you, by My power alone.
I don't care where you fall, where you have been.
I'll never forsake you, My love never ends.
It never ends."

A thought
"We who fight for our dream suffer far more when it doesnt work out, because we cannot fall back on the old excuse: "Oh, well, i didnt really want it anyway." We do want it and know that we have staked everything on it and that the path of the personal calling is no easier than any other path, except that our whole heart is in this journey. Then, we warriors of light must be prepared to have patience in difficult times and to know that the Universe is conspiring in our favor, even though we may not understand how."

Rub your eyes
So I was taking a break from all my school work, and I decided to look at some photos that I took last year.
Well, I came across this:
